Anyone get this glitch before?

Has anyone experienced a glitch like this before? Any idea on what could cause it?

(The word Restaurant, with all those lorem ipsums, isn’t supposed to be there.)

I’m not asking for someone to debug my code, I’m just curious if anyone else went through this.
