Can someone tell me how to remember what we learned in tutorials

Can anybody tell me how to remember every concept related to react like I always prepare notes as a comment and then upload it into github in different commies and letter then I refer them is there any better way

I follow tutorials and there is too much to remember everything I always miss some points and I always need to check docs how to do this or in github I gave to reffer my notes

Is there is some technique which I can follow to better understand these concepts
