Framer Motion or CSS Transition Group to keep bundle size down

Hey guys,

I just started learning a few months ago and recently completed the Odin Project Front End Track. I am pretty comfortable with React and have used CSS Transition Group and Framer Motion on small projects hosted on Github Pages, but have never hosted sites else where.

I’m starting to build websites for friends and family to add to my portfolio and since I will be using just simple page transitions and navbar slide outs etc, is it overkill to use Framer Motion? I like the ease of framer, but if it’s going to slow down my site, I could use CSS Transition Group instead.

Just trying to figure this out before committing too heavily to Framer Motion.
