Will this library cause issues in the future?
I’m integrating this library into my React project (forking and then making needed changes independent of the library). It was originally built in Vanilla JS but was forked and converted to React. However, it still looks like it is using a lot of the original Vanilla JS code in the project almost like a Vanilla/React hybrid. For example, the return statement below renders React components and then also a Vanilla canvas div.
A lot of the logic runs in Index.js and Canvas.js (Index.js calls Canvas.js in line 8). So far it’s working, however, I’ve never seen this convention before so I want to make sure it won’t cause large issues with state and the DOM down the road.
return ( <> <Navigation/> <LeftCard/> <RightCard/> <div id=”canvas”></div> </> );
Is this React library valid? I appreciate the insight!
